|About Us Most of the kits we produce are white metal, although some are made in vaccumed formed plastic, brass photo etched or resin.(using the materials best suited for the purpose) These kits are easy to put together with 2 part epoxy (or low melt solder), if applicable comprehensive instructions are enclosed with diagrams showing how the kits assemble. |
Painting is straightforward, assemble the kit undercoat with a good quality car (automotive) primer (ie Halfords) and then paint with top coat (ie Humbrol, Precision Paints, Revell, Railmatch etc).

We accept Visa, MasterCard (Eurocard), Pay Pal ,Maestro, & Delta . We also accept cheques made payable to Langley Models. Orders are sent on clearance of your cheque. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship unless special arrangements have been made for a deposit against a special order. We can also accept cheques made payable to Langley Models and made out in Pounds (Sterling), you may also pay by bank transfer. We do not charge extra for this service although it takes 2-3 days to be informed of completed transfers before goods can be dispatched.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS.
a. Goods properly delivered by the company will only be accepted for return or Credit subject to our prior consent. In the event of any need to return goods a returns authorisation number MUST be obtained from us (which needs to be clearly indicated upon a returns note)
b The Company will not be responsible for delays in processing or crediting returns which are not marked with our returns authorisation number, neither will the Company be under any liability whatsoever for any goods returned without prior consent.
c. Goods returned as not wanted or incorrectly ordered must be sent carriage paid; will be accepted only if returned within 30 days from invoice date, in original condition and packaging and will be credited subject up to a 20% handling charge (minimum charge £4)
d We reserve the right not to refund on items ordered specially on the purchasers behalf.
|Delivery Schedule We will normally send by 1st class post or 1st class tracked (plus £1.25). You should receive your order in 3 business days providing it is in stock. Europe and beyond goods are sent by Air Mail delivery is usually 4-5 days for Western Europe other International orders are generally received around 7 to 10 days. Due to large increases levied by Royal Mail we have had no choice but to increase postage charges to reflect this.|
under £40 is £4, over £40 Post is Included - Lower cost postage but claims for loss will need to be completed yourself We will supply claim form, certificate of postage and copy of invoice (as we cannot claim for loss through Royal Mail) or see tracked
Tracked under £40 is £4.75 over £40 upto £80 is £1.25 (we will make all claims for loss/damage on your behalf)

|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held or stored in clear text on any web site. Card receipts are supplied to you with truncated numbers (so they cannot be used to obtain card details). a. Goods properly delivered by the company can be refunded within 7 days upon request. The goods need to be return unopened and undamaged so we can resell them. Returns will be subject to cost of postage (postage cost for clarity is included in all our prices on the web site) The cost is calculated by weight @ Post Offices current tariff. The cost of return postage is at the customers expense.
